These terms cover your use of Practice More (the "app"), made by Nicola Pastori. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use Practice More on devices you own or control, for your own practice. You may not resell, sublicense, rent out, or redistribute the app or its content. This license ends automatically if you break these terms.
Recordings, scores, sessions, notes and journal entries you create in the app are yours. They are stored locally on your device and, if you turn on iCloud sync, in your own private iCloud account — never on a server we run. We claim no ownership over your content and have no access to it.
Use the app for its intended purpose: practicing music. Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app except where the law gives you that right (see the relinking offer on the licenses page for the open-source components that already grant it). Don't use the app to infringe someone else's rights, or try to circumvent its purchase or licensing checks.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Nicola Pastori is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date; continued use of the app after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
